The room was clean and the staff helpful. It's an older hotel, so there is really only so much that they could do to improve it. Walls are thin, so I just wore earplugs. It was great to have an airport shuttle. I would have really appreciated having half and half vs. Coffeemate for my coffee. A choice of the 2 would be nice. I talked to a couple others who were also disappointed there was no half and half for coffee. A light continental breakfast would have been awesome, since there is NO PLACE YOU CAN GO GET BREAKFAST! One place offered breakfast at 10, it was a mile away.

"Close to town. Four Star costs, two star experience. TV remotes didn't work, needed to unplug tv to turn it off. Bedside lamp on/off switch broken, needed to unplug. Mini kitchen nice to have.....but only one glass and one mug. Some pots and pans, but no cooking utensils. No plates. Staff overall ..."
